A quiet policy
The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you write to us, and what you write goes only to the atelier.

Saint Weddings ("the atelier", "we") operates this website at saint.wedding. For anything concerning your data, write to [email protected].
What this site collects
Browsing this site requires no account. No advertising cookie is ever set, we do not profile visitors, and we neither sell nor share data with advertisers. The only optional cookies are the audience measurement ones described below, and they are set only if you ask for them.
The commission sheet
When you send the commission sheet, the details you enter (your names, e-mail address, date, destination, guest count and message) are transmitted to the atelier by e-mail and held in access protected storage so we can reply and, if you commission us, prepare your wedding. We keep correspondence for as long as a commission or conversation is live, and delete it on request at any time.
Spam protection
The commission sheet is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser and connection to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare, Inc. under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
Cookies that are strictly necessary, the ones that serve the pages, run the commission sheet with its Cloudflare Turnstile check, and remember the choice you make in the cookie panel, are set without asking, because the site cannot function without them and the ePrivacy rules exempt them. Everything else waits for you. We would like to run Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is read: it sets first party cookies named _ga and _ga_16W4DMLE7P that live at most 13 months, and it is not requested at all, not even as a cookieless ping, unless you accept it. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled on the property, e-mail addresses and form field values are stripped out of the URLs Google receives, and the data is erased after fourteen months. Refusing is one click, exactly like accepting, and it changes nothing about the site. You can withdraw or change your consent whenever you like through the Cookies control at the foot of every page; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies immediately. Separately, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, stores no identifier and cannot follow you to another site: it reports visitor counts only, which is why it needs no consent.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on our own infrastructure in the European Union. Standard, short lived server logs (IP address, requested page, time) exist for security and reliability and are not used for anything else.
Photographs on this site
All photographs and films are the work of the atelier and appear with the consent of the couples shown. They are protected by copyright and may not be reused. If you appear in an image on this site and would like it removed, one e-mail is enough.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected] and it will be handled by a person, not a ticket system.
